About
Nestled in the heart of midtown Nashville, Tavern is not just a restaurant; it’s a culinary gem waiting to be discovered. Located at 1904 Broadway, this inviting establishment has quickly become a local favorite, blending a vibrant atmosphere with top-notch service and a thoughtfully curated menu.
As I stepped inside Tavern, I was immediately struck by the captivating ambiance. With its chic design and lively energy, it sets the perfect stage for a memorable dining experience. The delightful sound of laughter and clinking glasses creates a welcoming environment that makes you feel right at home. Whether you're out for a casual brunch or a celebratory dinner, Tavern’s atmosphere complements any occasion.
The menu features a delectable array of dishes, and it’s clear that every plate is crafted with care. I couldn't help but notice the rave reviews from patrons who have savored everything from the Nashville Hot Benedict to the Miso Glazed Salmon. And let's not forget the Hawaiian Poke Bowl—a crowd favorite that evokes a tropical escape right in the heart of Tennessee. The refreshing combinations of flavors left my taste buds singing. As customer Tonya Maier perfectly captured, both dishes were "incredible," showcasing Tavern’s commitment to culinary excellence.
Beyond the food, Tavern excels in the drink department. With a selection of craft beers such as Bearded Iris Homestyle IPA and the ever-popular Stella Artois, there’s something for every palate. My personal favorite? The blueberry smash, expertly crafted by bartender Noah, who has garnered a reputation for making unforgettable cocktails. Patrons rave about the drinks, with some mentioning that when you find a drink that stands out, you simply have to tell others—like the glowing testimonial from Chelsea Dowd.
Service is another highlight at Tavern. Not only do the staff members embody warmth and attentiveness, but the management, led by the ever-friendly Eric, ensures that every guest has an exceptional experience. Reviews highlight how the service is "untouched," a testament to the dedication of the entire team.
In a bustling city full of dining options, Tavern stands out as a remarkable destination—one that consistently delivers on flavor, atmosphere, and hospitality. If you're in Nashville and looking for a spot to indulge in delightful cuisine and crafted cocktails, Tavern is a must-visit. You might just find yourself planning your return before you even leave!

“ The Tavern in Nashville is a must-visit! We came for brunch and had an outstanding experience. The food was top-notch—we had the Country and Western Burger (almost as big as my wife’s head!) and the honey hot chicken and waffles, both absolutely delicious. We paired them with some of the best Bloody Marys we’ve had—perfect for a relaxed weekend brunch. The weather was perfect—overcast and cool—so we sat on the outdoor patio, which made the whole experience even better. The vibe was laid-back and inviting. Our server, Mackenzie (“Mac”), was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re in Nashville, don’t miss brunch at The Tavern—and definitely ask for Mac. Highly recommend! ”
“ This spot has an amazing happy hour—definitely a hidden gem! You get half-price house cocktails and pizzas, which is such a great deal. Honestly, they should be advertising it way more! ”
